To Initiate Services: Ohio Valley Manor Home Health can serve you after
hospitalization, a nursing facility stay or if you are in need of basic home care services. Initiation of services may
be requested by any individual, physician or concerned adult. Following a request for Home Health Care, the patient's
physician will be contacted for approval of services. You can request services by calling Ohio Valley Manor Home Health
