will hand-deliver your message directly to the addressee within 24 hours on weekdays and
on the next business day on weekends. Be sure to include the patient's/resident's full name (not
nicknames) so your message can be delivered to its intended recipient.
Messages received before 3:00 P.M. on weekdays will be delivered the same day. Messages received after
3:00 P.M. on weekdays will be delivered the next day. Messages received after 3:00 P.M. on Fridays will be delivered
the following Monday.
